Device Switching and Compatibility:

• CathayPlay allows users to access content on multiple devices. If you own more than one CathayPlay-compatible device, you can link your account to up to five (5) different devices at any given time.

Simultaneous Streaming:

• One (1) Device at a Time: To maintain the integrity of our service and to provide a fair experience for all users, CathayPlay restricts streaming to one device at a time per account. This means that while you can switch between up to five registered devices, you are only permitted to stream content on one device simultaneously.

Device Management:

• If you reach the maximum of five registered devices and wish to add a new one, you will need to remove one of the existing devices from your account. This can be done through the device management section of your account settings.

Account Security:

• We recommend keeping your account credentials secure and limiting device sharing to trusted individuals.
